Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the J&D Corvette’s website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

• Credit/Debit Card Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Any promotional information sent to you via e-mail will give you the option to opt-out if you choose. We do use vendors who may ship certain parts directly to you.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

REFUND POLICY

• NO REFUNDS WITHOUT THIS INVOICE. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
• NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS.
• NO RETURNS OF PARTS OUTSIDE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• 20% HANDLING CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED PARTS.
  

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

J & D Corvette offers U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail , UPS ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day air delivery services. Saturday delivery service is only available with Next Day air charges.
Note: Air shipping charges are determined by dimensional weight.

• International Orders:
  We have shipped your order to every corner of the globe-from one small part, to large wholesale orders. Since arrangements vary depending on size of order, location and timing, please contact us for the most efficient and economical means of shipping your order. Please note: Orders shipping outside the United States or Canada are normally held to ship complete unless you specify otherwise. International order line: 562-804-5205.
• Out-of-stock Items:
  Due to the wide variety of parts we distribute, out of stock items are unavoidable in some cases. Normally items not in stock are shipped in 7 to 10 business days. We automatically ship out of stock items or, if you wish to cancel your items, please call for a cancellation number.
• Truck Freight:
  Parts noted for Truck Freight shipping and any other item exceeding carrier size or weight limits will be shipped by truck. All items being truck shipped must be prepaid or charged to a credit card.
• Handling and Insurance:
  A handling charge is included in the shipping charge on all orders. We feel this is the fairest way to cover a variety of increasing costs without arbitrarily raising parts prices. For protection against loss or damage of your purchase, all shipments are insured. Insurance costs are included in shipping charges.
